When I attempt to reinstall Adobe Acrobat 9 Professional on my new laptop and I receive the message "Serial Number Invalid." I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T440P running Windows 7 64-bit. Troubleshooting steps taken: -Deactivated the product on my old laptop -Fully uninstalled the product on my old laptop -Copy and pasted the serial number, manually typed the serial number, tried with and without the dashes -Tried multiple installers including the executable on Adobe's website: Download Adobe Acrobat products | 9, 8‌ -Checked the Adobe Licensing Website (licensing.adobe.com) and confirmed that the serial number is listed under my account -Chatted with support who confirmed the serial number is valid. They directed me to the forum for further support. -Called support who instructed me to chat with Adobe support online Can someone please help me with this issue? I am using a free trial in the meantime but it is going to expire soon. Thank you very much!!
