The dot version is 11.0.14 and the operating system is Windows 7 I just reinstalled but when I launch I get a window that says my computer appears to be offline (even though I am online and actually navigating the internet). Then it doesn't show me how to get a request code in order to get a response code. So I am still finding I can't activate the program. I've spent hours on this and am truly frustrated.
