It happened with several pdf forms that I created yesterday with logos. The logo quality is fine as we use them for print ready jobs. The first version of the pdf document saved fine and the logo was present when it generated as a pdf and as a web form. I had to make text edits and after that the logo would show on the web form version, but not on the pdf version.
