When adding text using the Add Text Comment tool and saving the document, some of the text is missing when I open the file later on. Not sure why this is happening.

Yes, we use PDF factory pro to print the file to PDF and I did play around with different resolutions and that seemed to help with image quality.

Thanks for responding. Yes, most time the JPEG or whatever images/pictures are usually low resolution to begin with but every now and then we will use high resolution graphics and they do come out ok when imported to Acrobat most of the time. The images do come out ok most of the time. But on occasion the image becomes totally degraded compared to the original document. My question is which setting in Acrobat should I try to tweak to get the sharpest image possible?

When importing images from other sources like webpages or word documents, the images tend to come out blurry. My company uses PDF factory pro to convert documents into PDF format and if those documents happen to have some kind of images of pictures they tend to be somewhat fuzzy. These are just simple JPEG images with low resolution from webpages or sometimes we will import from other documents. I am not sure if changing the resolution within PDF factory pro would help or should I change the Resolution setting within Acrobat itself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to know if the free trial period can be used for single individual user for e-sign services. I see it available for businesses and enterprises. I see the pricing is $9.99 per year for individuals but is there a free trial period before a user can sign up? Thanks.

Hi Anubha, Thank you for your response. So Send for Signature is just a component of the eSign services? Also, do you have any information as to why the price has been increased from $1.99/month to $9.99/month. Thank you, Ratcliff

My company currently has licenses for Adobe DC and are signed up for Document Cloud services. We would like to add eSign services to our plan and we noticed the Send for Signature service. My question is, what is the difference between eSign services and Send for Signature or are they both the same? Also I noticed that the price for SfS had jumped up to $9.99/month from $1.99/month. Can anyone explain why the huge increase in price. Any information you may have is greatly appreciated.
