‌I've read that before, thank you. I'll upload my workflow tomorrow. I've spent an hour on this, twice. It is obviously not seamless or functional. I tried doing the password first then send for signature. it won't allow send for signature if you disable printing or editing so I tried only selecting an Open Document password. IT will not allow the file to be attached once a password is added. Password encryption should be a step in the send for signature process! I Also tried preparing the form, selecting signature fields, saving it, then adding the password. The error was "unsupported file type". The file type is pdf and was selected from a window that only allows supported file types to be visible. Is this software able to send a password protected file for signature or am I wasting my time? I'm a tax preparer & will be going with alternate esignature software tomorrow if this isn't resolved. I cant spend another hour on this.
