Hi Meenakshi, I purchased my computer from Lenovo and ordered Adobe software, Acrobat 12, with the system. I was able to download the Microsoft Word package without any problems, but I can't seem to open the Adobe software. I was also experiencing some modem problems that are now resolved. However, now I get a message telling me that my serial number is not valid. Is it possible to receive another set of either Product Key or Serial number to fix the problem?
