Hi Anubha, Thank you for your reply. I am using Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows 7). I have tried a couple of time trying to use the cleaner tool you sent me. But the program hangs after starting up a little while and would not proceed anymore. I had to turn it off as I noted that it indicates that the program is not responding.
