a problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

blocking the program after trying to click anywhere. "No response" message appears. Installation and repair does not help. Win 10 Home.

    Hi Jerzya,

    Do you mean that the application freezes when you click anywhere in the application?

    If yes, please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows

    Also, make sure that the application is updated to the latest patch released.

    Check the latest updates available for Reader DC here Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

    If that does not help, try to reset the application preferences.

    Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

    If the issue still persists, run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your machine.

    Then restart our machine and re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
