Acrobar Reader 2019.010.20069 very slow

Hi all, can anyone help me please?

I'm working on Terminal Server (Windows server 2008 R2) and Acrobat Reader DC ver. 2019.010.20069  is very slow - like 45 seconds to open a small file of 2 pages (and no images..).

Already tryed to uninstall - reinstall the program but did not work.

Tried also to follow some guide about preferences, but nothing works.

Can you help me?
