Acrobat Reader DC not working

Hello...for the past 2 weeks the reader has been acting up. I cant open any of my pdf files and now i cant open the actual app. I am using Windows 10 PC. Please help.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issue that you are facing with reader.

    Could you please let me know what exactly Happens When you Launch the Reader application ?

    Did you Tried a ReInstall of the application and see if it works ?

    Hello,

    When I double click on the app it doesn’t do anything. Some days it will open, some days it won’t. I have tried to uninstall/reinstall but still not working. The only thing that helps is if I shut down my computer and then reboot. Can you please help?
