Acrobat Reader mobile app of Distribution License waiting on the licensing

We need to deploy Acrobat Reader mobile app for tablet.

I submitted the application on 11/14/2017 and 11/17/2017 from japan.

I have not received any notifications whether it's been received,approved,or declined.

How can I check the status?
