Acrobat Reader not saving signature

Hi,

I had a saved signature in Acrobat Reader on my Mac that I used regularly. Now the saved signature is no longer there and while the Add Signature button works and I'm able to add and use a signature, it no longer saves it. What could be the issue?

I'm on version 2020.012.20048
