Acrobat Reader problem send webemail

I have install last relese acrobat reader DC

The client Win 10 Pro versione 1809 in the domain controller when use in Acrobat Dc the function send webemail ,error port 993

The problem i see log email server and not arrive request

Which DNS use acrobat DC??

if use telnet to the email server 993 function
