Adobe Acrobat Edit PDF Issues

I am attempting to edit a PDF, (specifically a Picture in a document). Every time I click edit, the popup window populates with a blank screen. There are no directions, warnings or anything. I'm looking for help. I just recently purchased a subscription if this helps any at all either.

Make sure you aren't using Acrobat Reader. If you paid for a subscription to Acrobat Pro you need to download that.
