Adobe Acrobat Reader DC freezes when optomizing for fast web view

I have adobe acrobat reader dc. I work for a school system that provides my notebook and this is the version that was installed.

First, I have "access" or "options to all sorts of editing tools on every page but none of them work--I am sent to the main website to purchase these options. If I cannot use them, how do I remove them every page that open?

Next, adobe locks up when trying to save while "optimizing for fast web view." According to everything I've read and the visible options indicate I do not have access to optimizing. If I don't have access, how do I disable it?

Thank you for your help!  I'm anxiously waiting to hear from you.

Terrie

These options don’t belong to the page you open. They are part of the app, just like the menu at the top. They are there to encourage you to upgrade from your free app. Adobe will never stop wanting that so you can’t make it go away.

Fast web view on Save As is a part of Reader. Look in Preferences (General maybe) to turn them off.
