    Hi michaelk17094052,

Could you please let us know what happens when you open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application.

Do you get any error message ?

How you try to open PDF? By double clicking on PDF or from application?

What is the dot version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system?

    Regards,

    Meenakshi

    Hi michaelk17094052,

Please try to uninstall application from your system.

You can directly delete the application from Applications folder.

This may cause a break in Safari functionality to read PDF files using Adobe Reader plugin. To resolve this, go to /Library/Internet Plug-Ins/  and remove AdobePDFViewer.plugin and AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin

Then re-install application from this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
