Adobe export PDF authorisation has disappeared

Back in September 2016 I took out annual subscription to Adobe Export PDF basically to allow me to convert PDF to Word. This worked fine on my PC.

In October i replaced the PC with a new PC and have been unable to use the facility since then. When I click on Convert, it takes me to a screen asking me to subscribe to one of three options. But i have already subscribed (to the cheapest option)

How do i get back the ability to convert PDF to Word?.

2. Sign out from Reader and sign back in, being sure to use the Adobe ID checked in 1.
