Adobe Export PDF DOES NOT WORK!

This is happening continually.  I log in to Adobe and urgently need to export a pdf and nothing works.  I click on the Export PDF option on the right-hand side of the screen and nothing.  I log out and log in, in the hope that it will start working again and nothing.  Then, when I finally try to contact Adobe for some immediate support I end up being directed to a forum.  I have to get this done now and need urgent assistance to work out why it is not working, yet again!  Please can anyone help?  Is anyone else having this problem?  It's always worked in the past but just recently it just isn't working.
