Why are my documents blank? I have to preview them in order to read them as PDF's?

    Hi pinas7119219,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Try "Repair installation" under Help menu if you are using Windows desktop.

    Also, check if there is any update available.

    Please let us know if you are experiencing this issue with all the PDFs.

    Do you get any error message when you open PDF in the application?

    What is the dot version of the Adobe application and OS installed on your system?
