adobe reader dc keeps crashing in windows 10

Adobe reader dc kept crashing while installed so I uninstalled it and tried to install

it again but when the installation is almost complete a message will appear stating

that the newest version is already installed and the installation stops What can I do to get

the installation complete ?

    Hi jimm74986641,

    Try to remove Reader using Cleaner tool and see if that resolves the issue:

    1- Download and run Cleaner tool from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs 

    2- Restart the computer.

    3- Download and install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
