    Hi Masie,

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is crashing while sharing the document via google mail, correct?

We need some more information for a better understanding.

    • What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed? To check the version please use the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
    • Check for any missing updates and try updating the application to the latest version 19.12.20040. Go to Help > Check for updates. To know more about the latest version please use the link  - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html
    • Try repairing the installation (For Windows Only) Go to Help >Repair Installation
    • Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS?
    • Is this a behavior with a particular file or with any file you try to share?
    • What is the workflow/steps you are doing to share the file?

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article below:

Let us know how it goes

    Regards

    Amal
