Hi there,

I hope someone can help me - I'm looking to update the current version of Adobe Reader that's installed across the School, are currently using version 10.

I went ahead this time last week created the necessary Adobe ID and the like - I applied for a volume distribution license but am yet to receive any email back to say whether my request was accepted or rejected along with any form of download links.

It's only possible to download an .exe publicly from the website whereas I would much prefer an MSI which I can distribute across to the School PC's far more easily.

Could someone please come back to me ASAP.

Best Regards,

Jack

    Hi Jack,

Sorry for the delay in response.

For distribution license, I would suggest using your official email id while filing the request and with personal id (with a domain like Gmail, yahoo ...) may not be entertained.

You may download the .exe setup using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

And then you can extract .msi from .exe How to extract an MSI file from the EXE for Adobe Reader

Let us know if that helps.
