adobe reader. newest version installed. but when i want to watch clips it tells me to install

Could you please confirm, is it a video clip that you are trying to watch and that time getting message?

I assume, you might be getting pop up to install the latest version of Adobe Flash Player not Adobe Reader.

If possible, please help us with the screenshot of the message that you are getting on the screen.
