Adobe Reader X Pro - interactive form with counting
Is it possible to create an interactive form with check boxes, "give" the fields a value and at the end have final sum (of checked boxes)?

Then yes, you can do it. Adding fields can be done via Tools - Forms - Create (or Edit).

Then you can apply calculations via the Properties of the fields you added, under the Calculate tab.

To be able to add up the values of check-boxes you'll need to set their Export Values (under Properties - Options) to a number.

Then you could use the built-in Sum command in the Calculate tab of a text field to add them all up.

Sorry, my mistake. I think Adobe Acrobat Pro. 🙂

Not with Reader (There's no such thing as "Reader X Pro", by the way). You need Acrobat for that.
