Adobe reader XI crash on Windows 8.1

Hello,

sorry for my english, it is not my native language.

Since this morning, all laptops in my company on Windows 8.1 can't use Adobe Reader XI. Its crashing with read memory error.

Is there any informations on this bug ?

I do have the same issue.

Even when using the Adobe removing tool and re-installing the application i get the same message.

It's ok with fresh adobe reader DC install. But it's not a good solution for IT maintenance.

It's also not good to run an outdated version with security issues and no new updates for several years now...
