Adobe`s abuse of Data Allowance WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Whilst browsing a website I clicked to view a PDF Document. Then, after I`d closed it, I noticed my Network Traffic Monitor going wild. Then a msiexec.exe process started, hitting loads of stuff in the Acrobat Reader installation directory.

I therefore conclude that Adobe decided to take it upon themselves to do some sort of update to Reader without warning, or informing me, LET ALONE ASKING MY PERMISSION before going ahead and helping themselves to 200MB of my LIMITED DATA ALLOWANCE.

I am exceedingly annoyed about this and would like to know where to send a highly abusive message to give the arrogant ******** a well deserved kick up the backside (not that I suppose they care), and where to send the bill when I get an excess data usage charge.

Also, can anyone suggest any alternative PDF readers please? (Ones that have some manners, and respect the fact that it`s MY computer, and me paying for the broadband). As the sooner I can dispense with all of Adobe`s arrogant bad-mannered software the happier I`ll be.
