Automatic Acrobat Reader opening

Hello there,

The Acrobat Reader application that we use in our office is opening the Acrobat Reader on the application bar when the electronic signature application that we used through the Internet Explorer browser is running and it slows down our system.

What might be your suggestion for solving this problem?

    Hi Cuneytk16397430,

    Please confirm if you are referring to using Adobe Sign when you mentioned electronic signature application.

    Also, please confirm if you mean that when you use Adobe Acrobat or Reader or launch the application or the open a PDF and your screen freezes and if it happens with any particular file or just generally.
