Boxes blacked out when printing

When i look at my document of Adobe Reader DC it looks fine, but when I print it all the check boxes are blacked out. What do I need to fix?

    I contacted an IT person I worked with and he told me to go to my printer's dialogue box, click on the advanced button, and then select "Print As Image", then click OK and print. It worked!!!! My document printed without the boxes being blacked out.
