We bought a adobe Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I do have key but can't active and says that code is not valid. How to resolve this problem. No customer service support. It's frustrating.

    That being said, exactly where did you download Acrobat? Uninstall what you have and try to get the installer here: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X . Be sure and choose the "Acrobat DC serial number" option.
