Can't print

I select Print.  The print icon turns blue and AR freezes; that's it.  Solutions I found online involve doing something like clicking Advanced in the print screen.  This does not help me because the print screen is never displayed.  AR is only responsive to closing the program (by closing).  Otherwise, completely frozen. Anyone have an answer?

What version of Adobe Reader, and what is your operating system?

How long has Reader been installed

How long has it been that it won't print?

Was anything else installed around the time it stopped printing?
