Can't print only from Adobe

Hi,

We have a user which is unable to print from adobe reader. The printer is defiantly mapped as converting the pdf into a word document and printing works ok.

Is there any settings which could be conflicting why they cannot print from this software.

    Why does the printer convert from PDF to Word?

    No, we converted into a word document and it printed straught away no problems as a test. We cannot print at all from reader.

    We have also repaired the software, checked it is on the latest version then uninstalled and reinstalled the software still to no avail.
