Question

Cancelling Subscription

Hello! I signed up for a free membership to Adobe Acrobat in early September, and it so happened that Adobe did not warn me a few days before about its possible cancellation and I was charged the amount for a month's subscription. I forgot about this subscription and today this amount was debited from me for the second month. Considering that I do not use Adobe Acrobat at all and I don’t need this subscription, I would like to get my money back, but I don’t know how. Should I just cancell my subscription and the money will come back authomatically or is there any other system of actions? Thank you

You can cancel it for future months, here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

If you want a refund for past months you can try to ask Adobe directly:
