I am using a MAC OS Sierra v10.12.6 system and cannot get PDF files to print. The printer works fine with everything else. Is there some trick to get this to work?

    Hi Eminu,

As mentioned can't print using Adobe Reader DC, so is there any specific error message that you are getting during print?

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in help document- Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Let us know if it doesn't help.

    Regards,

No messages. It seems the file gets sent to the printer (the icon appears), but it never enters into the queue.

The troubleshooting guide is worthless. I already did the basic stuff, like check the printer, reboot the computer, etc.

    Hi Eminu,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please check with a different user account? Create a root account on your system and check the same.
