Hi there,

I work for an educational institution and we use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to create our assessments so our online students can download them, fill in the answers to be sent back for marking. I have noticed some inconsistencies when the documents are sent back. Some files allow me to view the answers in the boxes directly, whilst other documents appear blank until I click onto the box and the writing is revealed. Is there any reason for this inconsistency? Does anyone have a solution so all documents will be able to be viewed with the answers in the box?

Luke

You will see this when the form were not filled with Acrobat Reader, e.g. Apple Preview.
