completing form in DC reader

using a form created by another office -- I'm using DC reader -- can fill in most lines but some will not register what i'm typing -- tried saving pdf to both a network and my hard drive -- any ideas?  ps i'm a newbie and you all have been invaluable -- thanks

    Apologies for the delay in response and the trouble caused, I hope you would be able to fix it by now

    If the problem still persists, as stated above, you are not able to complete the form in DC Reader, correct?

    Is the form created using Adobe Acrobat DC? What do you mean by form created by another office?

    What is the application version you are using? To check the application version you may refer to the link - Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC​

    Please try to update the application to the latest version. Go to Help > Check For Updates. To know more about the latest version available please refer to the link - DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products​
