Converting pdf to docx from more than one computer

I can convert from pdf to docx from my home computer, but the option does not come up from my office computer. My login credentials are different at work. How can I enable the conversion feature at work? Thanks, Mark

    If your log-in credentials are different at work, you will need to subscribe with those credentials. Alternately, you can log-in under your account while at work if your IT department allows it.
