Copy chapter reference

By random I copied a Chapter (headline) from within Adobe Reader DC and pasted it in Excel.

Supprisingly, In Excel, the filename, exact pagenumber/tot page number, and Chapter name was pasted.

Awsome!

Very useful - but somehow I can't sort out how to do it again... Now I only get the Chapter name - as being text only.

Please help.
