Data I typed into a PDF file is missing! I saved the document before closing. Any way to find it?

I have been working on a document for 2 months using fill & sign.  Now, all the info I've typed into it is gone from the file!  Any way to find it?  I know I saved it many times. I don't think I could recreate it all.
