Document Cloud disappeared

Hi,

As I was working with Acrobat Reader, my documents in your cloud became unaccessible. Now, both from my iPad and my laptop, the could is not responding. It simply vanish as a storing emplacement on my computer and it tells me Connection error when trying to access Document Cloud. Please verify your Internet connection. Internet and all other services are working just fine.

So what is happening? An update?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we were experiencing some issues with the Document Cloud services page, but now it's up and running.

Try to access the services and can look for the files through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/ on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari.

Sign out and Sign back in Adobe Reader using your current Adobe ID and password, reboot the machine and check.
