Entered Text is Deleted When Moving Cursor to another field.

We are sorry for the trouble. As described the entered text is deleted when moving cursor to another field on fillable form.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to fill the PDF form? Are you opening the form in the Web browser? If yes, please try to download the PDF to your comouter locally and then try to open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and try filling it and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20074 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of the OS? Please try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) and see if that works. Go to Help > Repair Installation.
