Epson WorkForce and two sided printing

I have an Epson WF-4640 and a WF-3620.  Both printers have the latest drivers and software.  I have the latest version of Adobe Reader DC.  Two sided printing has always worked in the past but, it no longer will print two sided.

I have put a check in the box for two sided printing.  I have gone into the printer properties and selected two sided printing.  The Adobe Reader still prints one sided pages.  This is true for both printers.

I tried doing two sided printing from 3 other programs.  All 3 programs print two sided with no problems.

    Dear Meenakshi,

    Thanks for the reply. Two sided printing from PDF is working. I did

    nothing and it started working. Perhaps I just need to restart my PC.

    Sometimes the memory or the program gets messed up and restarting fixes it.

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Please try once to repair the installation. To repair, launch application and got to Help menu > Check for updates

    (If you are on Windows).

    Try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help documents: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

    Check if this helps in resolving the issue.

    If the issue still persists, let us know.
