Olá, formatei meu computador recentemente e estou tentando instalar o Adobe Reader (última versão) e aparece o seguinte erro: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action InstallWebResources, location: C: \ ... \RdrServicesUpdate.exe, command: 19.008.20071". (Anexei a imagem com a mensagem do erro).

Hello, I recently formatted my computer and am trying to install Adobe Reader (latest version) and the following error appears: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. Action InstallWebResources, location: C: \ ... \RdrServicesUpdate.exe, command: 19.008.20071". (I have attached the image with the error message).

Como resolver?

How do I solve this?

Hello Gustavogil,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please reboot the machine once and refer to the following Adobe article and try the suggestion Error 1722 with Windows installer package of Acrobat DC

Also, install all the mandatory updates related to the operating system and also update the Universal C runtime in Windows from the following URL https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2999226/update-for-universal-c-runtime-in-windows

Reboot the machine again and try installing Adobe Reader.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Are you going to this link for your Reader downloads https://get.adobe.com/reader

Yes, I downloaded this link that you sent. But even then the mistake happens.

I've also seen it on the Support page. And nobody ever talked about that mistake. I've already tried to download direct as well.
