Error in opening PDF files

I am not able to open certain type of PDF file which are basically link-based PDF use by MCA as forms. Earlier I m able to open the file and fill the forms, but I am facing issues for 2-3 days. I have already reinstalled the application but that hasn't worked out for me. Please tell me the solution. Thanks
