Error message when creating pdf

Hi,

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 several times but continue to get the below message when trying to create a pdf from Word.  Can anyone help with a solution please?

    Correct answer Test Screen Name

    Maybe it was fixed in Acrobat 10, 11, DC, 2015 or 2017. Though I see this error about Calibri a lot - try a different font.
