export shows symbols (squares) not words or numbers
As a Translator I often export a document into Word so that I can translate by typing over the source document.
This is helpful especially when dealing with things like Profit and Loss statements and bank statements where I don't really want to retype columns of numbers.
Suddenly my export is giving me rows and columns of squares instead of the text or the numbers.
Help!
I have 20 documents to translate and I've already tried a re-start and also re-downloading.
I don't have a scanner while on vacation or I'd try printing the source documents and re-scanning them in.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
