Font 'AABCCE+Arial-BoldMT'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly

we are observing a strange behavior in Adobe Acrobat Reader affecting multiple users.

users when open PDF files, they get "Cannot Find or Create the font 'EKCBLC+Arial-BoldMT'. Some Characters may not display or print correctly."

These files work fine on browsers or other pdf applications, but we need a fix for Adobe reader as this is a mass deployed application.

Not sure if this is caused after windows update, or any adobe update for reader.

we installed **"Arial-BoldMT"**, but still no go, there is no font as name **EKCBLC**

kind help is appreciated.

Client Machines: Windows 7

Hi Pasha23,

Please try the following :

Launch the application, Go to Edit>Preferences>Internet

And un check the option that says "Display in Read Mode by Default" and try again.
