How do i prevent the 2 side windows from opening each time adobe reader opens?

    Hi Sheilahs,

    We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

    As per the description given above, I assume that you are referring to the Side-bars (Navigation pane) shown in thread below-

    Always show Navigation Pane? during launch of Adobe Reader. Through which you can get quick access of "Tools" and "Thumbnail & Bookmarks".

    To disable the sidebars you may click on the "Arrows" and hide the side bars. Then go to Edit (upper left hand side)> Preferences> Documents> Check "Restore last view settings when reopening documents"

    Close Application and reopen it. The sidebar should go away next time.
