How do McIntosh users open my PDF files sent from my Windows 10 PC?

When I send PDF files from my Windows 10 PC, my associates who use Apple computers cannot open or

read the files. What do I need to change so they are readable for Apple users?

Could you please let us know what happens when they try to open PDF on Mac.

If they get any error message on opening file, please share the screenshot of that message.

Can you share the exact steps you use to send PDF file?

Have you created these files in Adobe Acrobat application?
