How to create smooth signature drawing by clicking form element?

Hello,

My client want to create a form to very wide community that need to fill and send and one of his demand is that people could sign with the mouse and save it.

I suggested 2 options, one is HTML and one is with Acrobat DC, but the problem with PDF file  is that there only digital signature available when creating a form.

I know that there is option in Acrobat Reader to add Signature as the client want but we afraid that they will not find it (Fill & Sign -> Sign)

Is there any way to add Sign element(that is not digital) to the form?
