How to PDF File save to text file

I see the function of "save as a text file" on the UI interface. May I ask if I can perform such an action under the command line

Reader is not a command-line tool (with very few exceptions). It is possible to convert PDFs to text from a command-line, but not with Adobe Reader (or even Adobe Acrobat, for that matter).
